| ARC ONE: " Light's unlocked wish "
VOLUME ONE: Umeko and Ran on the front cover

★ Chapter one: "AN OMEN THAT THREATENS THE EARTH."
Mikazuki Umeko is a 15 year old girl, who has returned back to Japan after living in
England for 5 years. After returning home, Umeko is shocked to find her pet bunny,
Usagi, missing. She heads out to look for her and finds herself attacked by a Demon!
It is then that Umeko is saved by her old childhood friend, Zola Ran, who surprises
Umeko with her secret identity of Heishi Mars--a galactic warrior meant to wipe
out darkness upon the Earth and restore balance and light to the Galaxy!
★ Chapter two: "Name here "
On Friday morning, Chibana Kaori is roaming around the hospital, placing flowers in
a room where an old baker sleeps. A nurse in the hospital, checks on Kaori in her room
and then leaves to go home. Before she can leave, she is pulled into basement of the
hospital and trapped in a dark, foreboding room. Umeko receives a call from an old friend,
Tsunoda Susumu and they go out on a casual date to catch up on old times. Meanwhile
on the other side of town, Ran spends her morning cleaning up the shop she works at
called Night n Day. Suspicious of a customer who had been in the back room talking to
her boss all morning, Ran is shocked to find out the customer was none other than
Umeko's own father. Later on, Susumu encourages Umeko to work things out with Ran,
knowing how close they are. While they are out, they overhear a womans conversation
about how her daughter hasn't returned home though her shift at the hospital ended 6
hours ago. Umeko wonders if it could be the doing of another Demon and goes to talk
to Ran, with Susumu's words of encouragement in mind.
★ Chapter three: " Name here "
Unable to check out the missing nurse until the next day, Umeko remembers her
talk with Ran from the previous night, where Ran went into a brief explanation about
being a "Dominion" and what that includes. Taking Susumu's advice into consideration
Umeko finds herself wanting to help Ran in any way possible, although Ran thinks it's
too dangerous. Not really listening to her friend anyways, Umeko finds herself at Ran's
house, determined to go with her. Not being able to get Umeko to stay away from the
hospital, Ran assigns Usagi to protect Umeko. Umeko wonders how she can help Ran
but Usagi tells her there's nothing anyone can do to change the fate of a Goddess
reincarnated unless they find the King of Daylight, the Princess of Twilight or the
God of Dissolution. Umeko believes that since there's a lot of options that it should
be rather easy to find one and change fate, but Usagi states its not that simple. Ran
who has gone to investigate the missing nurse, finds herself on what looks like an
abandoned floor of the hospital. With no one around, she calls out for anyone and gets
a scream in reply. Rushing into the room where the scream came from, Ran sees
Chibana Kaori, the girl known as the Dominion of Mercury being attacked by a demon
that has taken on the form of the Nurse. Transformed and ready, Ran finds herself in
trouble as the demon transforms from a nurse into a giant insect-like demon, ready to
kill. As Ran cries out in pain, Umeko rushes to try and help her, but she is stopped by
another Galactic Warrior, the Dominion of Venus and her partner, the Dominion of Jupiter.
★ Chapter four: " Name here "
The day starts off with Umeko and Ran having frozen yogurt at an ice cream
shop. They're talking happily and Ran notes she's glad things have gone back to
normal. As they leave, Ran decides to show Umeko through the entire park area
showing her all the renovations the city did. They get caught up by a young boy
who seems to be in violent pain. A demon makes its way out of the boys chest
and he falls unconscious. Ran tries to destroy the Demon but it's too fast and
manages to escape. Unable to do anything, Ran can only help the boy while
Umeko notes that the demon didn't turn back into a human. Later on, Umeko
and Ran spend time alone at Umeko's house, as Umeko's father is at work and
Aigyoumaru spent the day catching up with his old friends. Ran fills Umeko in
on Extractions and what they are, pulling out a book that explains things better
than she could. Ran also explains what Night n Day is, and how its a shop very
important to Dominions. Umeko asks about the other girls she met the night before
and seems interested in knowing how many more Dominions there are. Ran says
she doesn't know, but she knows that one was missing last night. Ran begins to
state that being a Dominion is more of a curse than a blessing and that she
desperately wants to escape. Meanwhile across town, a hand ominously rips a
page out of book, forming it into a skeletal snake.
★ Chapter five: " Name here "
The last days of summer have been lazy, filled with many people spending their
last few days of holidays on the beach, ice cream shops and back to school shopping.
Ran and Umeko have met at the park, Ran seems to want the book back so she can
return it before work. Umeko explains that the book has mysteriously gone missing
and notes when she went back up stairs for breakfast it had vanished. She is sorry
and tells Ran that maybe she misplaced it but Ran seems worried that there's more
to it all than meets the eye. As Ran goes into work, she isn't greeted by Haruki like
she normally is. She notes he's in the back talking to another customer like a few days
ago. Curious, Ran listens to see if it is Umeko's father again, which it is. It turns out
he has the book and wonders how Umeko got it! Haruki decides not to out Ran and
Umeko's father leaves. Later on Haruki tells her that her actions have created a rather
big mess. Ran tries to apologize but Haruki states there is a Demon on the loose,
a Demon that was created instead of born from a human heart. Ran states it isn't
the first time and Haruki notes it's becoming more common: he states that its because
the Moon is near and soon enough, the Princess will show herself and wherever the
Princess is, darkness is sure to follow. Later after work, Ran witnesses a bunch of
children under a trance making their way deep toward the forest, walking through
the water of the creek, their eyes blank. She chases after them and comes face to
face with a skeletal demon, which manages to get the upper hand for most of the
battle. Umeko calls Ran to check on her after work, but is told she hasn't come home
yet. Worried, Umeko sets out with Usagi to find her and manages to meet Jupiter and
Venus again, but this time another is with them as well: a Dominion by the name of
Ceres, who seems very familiar to Umeko.
★ Chapter six: " Name here "
The first official day of school after summer holidays has finally arrived. A recap
of the previous night is shown, as the Demon they were facing disappeared without
a trace. Umeko and Ran walk to school together as they did in the first chapter. Ran
is worried that the demon will resurface and as is Umeko. Ran has a run in with
Wakahisa Kimiko and Tsunoda Susumu breaks them up in the hall way. Umeko has
no real idea what's going on and as the bell rings, they are all forced to go their
separate ways. As Umeko gets into her first class she notes that the same girl,
Chibana Kaori is surrounded by a whole bunch of students, asking if she's okay.
Taking her seat quietly, Umeko is shocked when Kaori comes up to her, introducing
herself and sitting next to her. She thanks Umeko for coming to her rescue twice
and looks at the front of the class room as their teacher steps in. Kaori wants Umeko
to meet the other girls so they can discuss, she asks Ran to tag along as well.
After school, Umeko is formally introduced to Yumi, Shun, and Kimiko. Kimiko and
Ran simply do not get along and Kimiko wonders why Umeko is even there. Ran
states that Umeko is her support system and as nightfall comes, the girls are attacked
by the same Demon from before but this time Umeko is desperate to fight instead of
sitting around letting Ran protect her, it is this desperation that awakens her powers
at the Princess of Twilight.
